Refund and Cancellation Policy

Landing Page Builder is operated under the AuruNex name. For product support, email aurunex.ventures@gmail.com. Paddle processes Premium purchases and handles billing and refund requests.

Trial and renewal

Where offered at checkout, Premium starts with a 9-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle will charge £9.99 for the first year and renew the subscription yearly at the price shown at checkout, unless you cancel before a renewal. The date of your next charge is shown in your Membership page and Paddle customer portal.

Cancel your subscription

1. Sign in and open Membership, then choose Cancel renewal; or
2. Use the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund a charge already made. Your Premium features normally remain available until the end of your current trial or paid period; afterward, items beyond Free limits remain saved but archived.

Request a refund

To request a refund or exercise any applicable withdrawal right, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and select the refund option. Paddle handles eligibility and payment processing under its Refund Policy. Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
